1 / 3Built specimen — texture sets
Overview
Texture Studio publishes a themed texture set each month for Minecraft servers: blocks, items, entities and the GUI pieces that go with them. Every set is drawn on the same 32×32 grid against a shared palette, so a medieval set and an industrial set placed in the same world still look like they belong to one server.
It is for networks that want a recognisable look without commissioning a full pack. Each set is a partial override rather than a complete pack, so you can adopt the parts you want — take the stone and wood families from one set, the GUI from another, and leave vanilla where vanilla is fine.
Sets ship with the pack metadata for current and recent pack formats, so a server on an older version is not left behind by a release aimed at the newest. Every texture is delivered as PNG plus the source file, so your own artist can extend a set rather than working around it.
New sets are published monthly while you are subscribed. Sets you have downloaded stay yours to run on your network; the licence to download new ones ends with the period you have paid for.
What you get
- One themed texture set published every month, with blocks, items, entities and GUI
- A shared 32×32 grid and palette across every set, so sets mix without clashing
- Partial overrides, so you can adopt only the families you want
- Pack metadata for current and recent pack formats
- PNG plus the source file for every texture, so your artist can extend a set
- Connected-texture variants where the block family supports them
- A palette reference sheet with the hex values every set is drawn from
Eligible resources
The plan covers these resource types. Individual resources are listed in your Gaming Library as they publish.
- Block textures
- Item textures
- Entity textures
- GUI textures
- Palette references
Features
- One grid, one palette
- Every set is drawn to the same density and colours, so a mixed pack still reads as one server.
- Take the parts you want
- Sets are partial overrides, not complete packs, so vanilla stays where vanilla is fine.
- Sources included
- Each texture ships with its source file, so extending a set is editing rather than redrawing.
