Agency OS — Notion Workspace Template

Agency OS is a Notion workspace for small creative and digital agencies. Seven databases cover the whole client lifecycle — leads, clients, projects, tasks, meetings, invoices and team capacity — and six playbook pages turn the processes most agencies keep in their heads into checklists anyone can follow.

It ships as a Notion import package of Markdown pages and CSV databases with sample rows, plus a setup guide that shows how to link the databases and add the recommended board, calendar and filtered views.

1. Unzip the download

2. In Notion open Settings → Import and import the Markdown pages, then each CSV as a database

3. Follow Setup_Guide.pdf to link the databases and add the recommended views

4. Delete the fictional sample rows and add your own

CSV import creates text columns where databases link to each other; the setup guide shows how to turn them into relations in a few minutes.
