Overview
Property Management is the landlord side of housing on a FiveM server. Most housing scripts stop at buying a property and walking through the door; this one covers what happens afterwards. An owner can write a rent contract with a tenant, a due date, an amount and a deposit, hand out tenant keys that stop working the day the contract ends, and start an eviction that gives the tenant a configurable grace period before their furniture goes into storage and the locks change.
Apartment blocks get a building manager role. A manager sees every unit in the block, its tenant, its contract and its rent status, can set the block's rules and service charge and receives a cut of collected rent configured per building. Property tax runs on a schedule you set, is calculated from the property's value band and is paid from the owner's bank account, with unpaid tax escalating through warnings to a lien that blocks selling the property until it is cleared.
The city register is the public record. Any player can look up who owns a property, when it last changed hands and whether a lien is attached, and real estate agents and government jobs get a tablet with the full register, transfer tools and a tax ledger. The resource sits on top of your existing housing script through a small adapter layer, reading properties and doors from it rather than replacing it, and stores contracts, keys and taxes through oxmysql.

You need

Updates and content cadence
- Compatibility updates as FiveM artifacts, ox_lib, the frameworks and their housing scripts change
- Fixes and revisions to contracts, taxes and the tablet NUI while subscribed
- New adapters and register features added to the plan as they are written
License
- Licensed for one server network you own or operate.
- You may edit, re-texture and configure resources for that network.
- Reselling, sharing or re-uploading the files is not permitted.
Installation
- 1Download Property Management from your Gaming Library.
- 2Place the resource in your server's resources directory and run the included SQL file.
- 3Enable the adapter for your housing script in config/adapter.lua.
- 4Set tax bands, grace periods and building definitions in config/main.lua.
- 5Add the `ensure` line to server.cfg after your framework and housing script, then restart.
If you cancel
- Access and updates continue until the end of the period you paid for.
- The licence to run the property tooling ends with the subscription.
- Remove the property tooling from live servers once access ends.
