Overview
Dealership & Auction House puts vehicle sales in players' hands. A dealer manages showroom stock and pricing, takes a customer out on a timed test drive, writes a finance plan with a deposit and a term, registers the plate and transfers ownership. Anything not sold on the floor goes to an auction house with listings, reserve prices, bid history and settlement.
It is for cities where every car is bought from a menu by a player standing alone in a car park. A dealership is a business the owner does not have to staff: dealer roles, shift pay, commission and a sales ledger to audit at the end of the week. Finance matters more than it looks — instalments take money out of the economy on a schedule, and a default repossesses the car, which is a money sink players accept because they chose it. Registration and transfers are readable from the MDT, so a suspect plate has somewhere to be checked.
Balance, compatibility and feature updates are published while you are subscribed. If you cancel, updates stop and the licence to run the system ends with the period you have paid for. Vehicle ownership records stay in your database.

Updates and content cadence
- The full system from your first day
- Feature and balance updates as they release
- Updates when frameworks or garage resources change
License
- Licensed for one server network you own or operate.
- You may edit, re-texture and configure resources for that network.
- Reselling, sharing or re-uploading the files is not permitted.
- The system is licensed while your subscription is active.
Installation
- 1Download the dealership and auction resources from your Gaming Library.
- 2Place the resources in your server's resources directory.
- 3Set your framework, showroom locations and finance terms in the bundled config.
- 4Add the `ensure` lines to server.cfg after your framework and oxmysql, then restart.
If you cancel
- Access and updates continue until the end of the period you paid for.
- The licence to run the system ends with the subscription.
- Remove the resources from live servers once access ends. Ownership records stay in your database.
